I wouldn't since all Porsches clearly need to be in the German national racing color silver, but I like the look.
Personally, I don't feel a need to have a sponsor's label on my private vehicle unless I got something for free or am being paid to show it. |

A bright spot in a sea of boring.
Seems like 99% of cars on the road are gray, silver, white or black. It's all so tiresome. My next vehicle will be orange, lime green, yellow or maybe blue. |

To me, if it's part of racing colors, it just screams "homage" I mean, if I had my 911 painted in "Pink Pig" livery like the 2018 LeMans 911, it's not like I am trying to trick people into thinking my cheap little slow street Porsche was ACTUALLY in the LeMans race. Plus, the 911 Pink Pig from 2018 was itself obviously an homage to the REAL 1971 Pink Pig 917/20. So to me, the addition of a number on top of some racing paint job doesn't really make a different one way or the other. To me, it's still just an homage. |
