I'm the more aggressive driver so we get places faster, so we both prefer I drive.

I usually drive on road trips because I make significantly better time. Only problem is listening to her say “slow down” several times. I reply with, “you should take a nap, I’ll wake you when we get there”.

If we’re in the car, he drives. If we’re in the work van, I drive. Thus far - ten years and counting - the later has not rendered him impotent.

My wife gets violently car sick if she does not drive. She haa a brain tumor that created this issue. My wife always drives unless backing a trailer or during difficult weather that she does not feel comfortable driving in.
If I don’t feel like messing with the seat and stuff and it’s close I’ll let her drive.. and almost always regret it. It’s just best I drive even with her constant yakking and freaking out about everything everyone else is doing.
The other reason to drive my wife's car is so I can see if there are any issues that need to be addressed that she hasn't told me about.
Nope and sometimes wish she would. At times I make her because otherwise I will fall asleep at the wheel.
I prefer to have my wife drive because it leaves my hands free and allows me to just surveil.
I drive 90% of the time, I’ll make her take the wheel sometimes on a longer trip.
My wife’s nickname is crash... so yeah I drive unless I’ve been drinking.

She drives and I put my feet on the dash and play candy crush or big brother mobile while reminding her that I'm hungry or need to pee after we leave the city limits of every town. Yep, we call it driving Mr. Daisy..
But only if it’s someplace we are both going. The only bad part is that she is bad with directions so I’m constantly in navigation mode. |
Short trips around town or within a hour she drives 87% of the time.
Longer trips out of town or going through metro areas I drive 87% of the time. |
On rare occasions, like coming home after surgery or something like that.
Otherwise I drive, I am afterall a professional, and all the vehicles are mine. |
I've never understood this being a gender roles thing. We split it more or less equally.

My wife thinks the brake pedal is an on-off switch and she damn near makes me sick when she drives.
I drive 99%. She says she likes "being chauffeured".
Very occasionally we will take her car and she drives but more than half that time I still drive. |
My wife is Chinese.
I drive myself, I don't have a death wish. |
Only after I've had a few drinks. Makes me nervous when she does. She used to drive an ambulance and still acts the part. She got pulled over the other day for doing 76 in a 55. She made a couple of phone calls to "friends" and was told to slow down and tear the ticket up.

Quoted: some of you guys have serious control issues masquerading as "Imma real man!" View Quote This. The main reason I drive is my wife is a shitty driver. Honestly the kids get the look of death if the 4 of us are in the car and I'm in the passenger side. However, my dick doesn't shrink because my wife drives. |
No because I feel like a bitch being chauffeured around when she drives
I drive fast, but very smooth. I flow like water through traffic with a consistent speed and very little braking.
My wife, on the other hand, speeds up, slows down, brakes, accelerates, etc, in what seems as random and arbitrary times. My kids agree. |

Whenever I see a woman driving a guy around I automatically think he must have a suspended DL. Guess that cop side of me will never fade.

I like driving and much prefer driving over riding so unless there is something wrong with me I am driving.
I'm teaching my 16 year old daughter to drive now so I'm doing more riding than I have in a long time. |
LostWife does most of the driving. We got into that habit when I was unable for a year or so, and stay with it. My left arm doesn't work so well, so drive through activity is difficult.
I have put less than 5K/year the past 3 years on my car. |
I drive a lot for work. I make her drive the mini van she had to have. And have a drink or two. I love that Missouri has no open container law.
My wife has special skills and can drive me up a wall sometimes.
In general I hate people and traffic so she drives a lot and she is an excellent driver. On longer trips we swap duties back and forth.
How many here are able to sleep in the car with their wife driving over the pass in a heavy snow storm? |
I love driving so I drive no matter what. She likes not driving, even in her car. It works out.
When my wife and I are going out, I drive about 99% of the time. When she's going into her office, she'll take her car as normal.
She hates driving, I like driving. Take a guess.
Pretty rare for me to be in the passenger seat of her car. Usually only on a trip when I need a nap. She's more likely to drive us in my truck, than her car though. If she's been driving my truck, the manual seat takes a couple seconds to adjust to me. Her car has fantastic memory seats where all I have to do is press a button, and it's set up for me. Funny enough, there are times when she's driven the truck more than her own car for doing stuff around the house while I'm at work. Helps that I commute on a motorcycle, so there are definitely times I don't realize she'd been driving the truck until I try to fit behind the wheel. |
My wife drives most of the time as she gets car sick super easy as a passenger. I always drive if its snowy/bad weather etc. but other than that I let her drive.
No. If I'm in the car I am driving. Usually goes for parents too.
Back when I was married, I had my wife drive as much as possible. I don’t like driving and currently don’t own a car.

Quoted: Yes. Retired going on two years now, she still has about 13 years left. My day consists of beer for breakfast, shooting off my back deck and scratching my balls. Most days I don't even wear pants. My F-150 (MasterRace), hasn't even had 500 miles on it in 2020. My woman drives me everywhere. So, technically I'm a Pimp.
