It's about 3/16" diameter and 1/8" tall. Not painful, just annoying, not hard, sort of soft.

It looks like a blood blister, and I did bite my tongue about one or two weeks ago, but I just now felt/noticed it because it suddenly felt like I had something stuck to/under my tongue.

It's on the left bottom side, forgive the light, all I have is an LED flashlight, so it gives it a blue tint.

If it's a blood blister why did it take 2 weeks to show up?

I would get to a dentist if I had to guess it’s related to you biting it but I’m not a doctor or a dentist.  Better safe than sorry

I've heard this guy is an expert in this area. You'd be wise to listen to him OP.

The first of 20 spider eyes.
Do you remember the spider laying it eggs in there, or did they do it when you were asleep?

When you pop it, be ready (and quick) with a pair of tweezers. If the creature inside makes it through your sinuses to your braincase it's all over.

Update: It popped on it's own, and was a little sore for a day.

IDK what caused it, but it was obviously a blood blister, cause there was a piece of white skin over it after it popped, just like any other blood blister.

All I can figure is I was eating skittles and bit a spot with no nerve endings.

With how many people are sick & dying from the HPV caused mouth/throat cancer, I would still get it checked out now!

Good friend of mine's dad is dealing with this right now.  He's a great guy and incredibly smart.  He taught astronomy classes at a few different universities.  Hope he pulls through okay.

He had some inflammation in one of his tonsils and had it removed.  Tests came back positive for cancer.  Now he's doing chemo and radiation.
