It is a whopping 20°F outside, so I know that if I zero today, I'll probably be an inch low, or more, come summertime because of air density.
On the other hand, I've got some of the slowest winds I'll have all day, so now would be a decent time to at least establish a zero. The 6.8 should mostly be just establishing the return to zero because of the rail swap day. And you should periodically check zero anyways because reasons. |
