My first sexual encounter was a much older girl, I was 12-13 at the time, she was over 18.
We were out camping with a large group of people and all of us were drinking. We all passed out and I woke up to find her riding me while I was laying on my back. I guess according to today's standards I would say I was 'raped' but back when it happened in the 70s it really just was not a big deal. I've never really given it any thought, I was certainly not traumatized in any way and it has had zero effects on me at all. My buddies and I all laughed about it at the time, nobody thought to tell me I had been raped and I never considered what happened a crime. Times have certainly changed. |
