Their reason for slandering the whole protest event was to avoid answering to the people. They are intentionally dodging the whole issue, obvious election fraud. People were there specifically to peacefully make their voices heard, let them know how they feel and demand accountability. Some of them got it, for a brief moment. When they were cowering in fear, not knowing what was happening on the January 6th. When being swept away to safety by their well armed security guards, they did even if for a moment understand.
