It doesn't matter about your registration, it's matters on how you vote.  Conventional republicans and RINOs screwed over the voters just as bad as the democrat-socialists did.

We will never defeat the democrat-socialists by standing up a new party, it just won't happen.  Aside from the election integrity issue, what we need is a grassroots resurgence focused on removing 90% of the current republicans in the primaries over the next few election cycles.  They loose their seat, they lose their money and their power.  I don't care if we call it the Tea Party, Dominion Party, Trump Party, Rush Party, Freedom Party, Liberty Party...doesn't matter, but if we allow them to keep control of the "republican" party, general election voting will be split and democrats will just laugh and continue to win.

We do have momentum and we can take down the republican traitors, but we need to coalesce around grassroots leaders.  We do have some republican leaders that would be worth retaining, but the question is do we force them out, force out the shit bags and take back the GOP, or are they irredeemable and we need to convince all republican voter to cut off donations and support?  Tall task and I don't know what the answer is to the future of the party, but I do know republican traitors need to be challenged and defeated throughout the house and senate...starting with Mitch McConnell.

For the never-Trumpers and those disappointed right now, there's one major thing Trump did for all patriots.  He showed how to fight back without concern of the media's attacks or bullshit said from opposition.  It will take leaders like that to keep the momentum moving.

Believe me son, I've been on this marry go round a long time.  It's not naivety, it's reality.  Stupidity is quitting by taking your ball and going home and waiting to die on your doorstep because of eminent domain.  A lot of people here need to grow up and pull up their big boy pants.  I'm okay with going independent...but for what?  What will that win, what will that accomplish?  I'm as disgusted with the republican party as everyone else, including with the state representatives.

What prominent leaders are you going to coalesce around to support as independents?  Are you running?

Again, before we nuke the republican party, I think we need to simply focus on nuking the traitors in the party.  While I would love for your conservative/independent candidate can primary your local republican traitor, that's going to need money and organization.  Or you can take your way out and just not vote...that sadly may be the only option for the corrupt bastards we can't primary.

So, let's hear your strategy and plan?

Ah, yes, the ‘condescending old man’ strategy for debate.

Face it, Pa-Paw, the Republican Party never wanted to be in real leadership positions because it meant having to do actual work. Before ‘94 they were content to be locked out of committees, which left them free to fundraise on their manufactured opposition while collecting power and influence. As long as they were invited to the ‘correct’ DC cocktail parties, they had no principles nor backbone to actually put up a fight.

Today’s repubs are as dirty in globalist money as the dems, yet you want us to continue to play this rigged game, ‘because you don’t have a plan’. My plan is to let them burn themselves down as a political party, then maybe something better that actually has some balls will replace it.

the Libertarian Party has two major problems:

1.  Too philosophical, not enough focus on practical.

2.  infiltrated by liberals/Leftists who want to discredit them.

If the LP can flush its ranks, become all about Pragmatic Liberty, and stop publicly being "well, members can show their ass publicly on stage and as good Libertarians we shouldn't stop them," then it would get traction.

Trump last had an approval rating of something like 95% from Republican voters, basically the entire party. They will be very fortunate if only 25% of Trump supporters stop voting at the state/national level. Of course a 10% decline loses every purple district solidly and from there you begin cut in to the reliable Republican districts.

More importantly Trump's platform and Trump himself got working class white people in the rust belt and even managed to flip Hispanics in some key areas. Where is the Pence/Romney GOP going to get the voters to make up for the loss of Trump voters? There aren't any. Even if there were more white evangelicals to turn out they aren't in the right places. Trump was campaigning everywhere from New Jersey to Pennsylvania down to Georgia and Florida. He crushed the bellweather states like Florida and Ohio. He's popular but the entire GOP leadership is condemning both him and his supporters.

If half of Trump voters leave the GOP, then the senate Republicans will have so few seats that they won't even be needed to pass Democrat legislation. Remember that voters don't have to go somewhere like a new political party, they can just stop actively participating.

EDIT: The Libertarian party isn't going to court Trump voters. They don't even support tariffs anymore they just chase billionaire money.

I got interested in politics in 1979, at age 8, when ABC breaking news interrupted my Scooby Doo cartoons with information on the Iranian Hostage crisis.  I was curious as to what was going on, so I started watching the news with my Dad and reading the newspaper.

I became (self-identified, to use a popular term) a Republican and supported Reagan in 1980.  Since I turned 18, I've voted in every election and never voted for a demoncrat.

After yesterday, I'm done with the Republican party.  They are part of the problem instead of part of the solution.  I even symbolically shook the dust off my feet at them.  I'm an independent now, looking for a party that has the will and the guts to fight.

Yes, I am sure that Fox news had many people deceived for many years...for the last about 6-7 years I began to start wondering and began to pay close attention----then my speculations came to light Nov.3rd 2020........

Im done with all of it nor will I EVER vote again, simply because it really doesnt matter anymore.....nor will I ever turn my TV to FOX news, that ended the night of Nov.3rd......

When leftist controlled DC swings the border open and nationalizes tens of millions of illegals, the GOP (or anyone else) won't see any meaningful power for generations. That demographic shift will assure democrats win every meaningful election for decades at very least.

This was/is a multi-generational power grab and so far it's been wildly successful.

Anyone care to explain to me how this new one party leftist system won't happen?

I agree that the party is done.

- They don't have big money backers. That dude in GA pulled in $189M or something for an individual Senate seat? The GOP doesn't have that kind of money or backing.
- The put forth shitty candidates. The clown Scott Taylor in VB keeps losing to Olive Oil and his message is the same as it was the previous two times he lost to her. It's a joke.
- The majority of them literally went radio silent when the Dems stole the election. They steal it and these spinless republicans don't say anything?

I have said it many time before and I'll say it again; We will never see another Republican President in the White House again. There will be very few Republican Senators and eventually they'll be diminished to the House only.

They're done.
