The pistol laser most likely won't have the power output a full size will. The problem with just an IR laser is being able to zero it. The only way is in the dark unless you have a coaxial dual visible and IR laser. But they are pricey. The best bang for the buck (around $500) I found for a good one is a PERST 4. It is closest to full military power as a commercial civilian one can get. Lots of vids on it. Everyone seems to rave about them. |

If you know the material it shouldn't be a problem but based on others I expected everything to be identical to the test. I haven't even looked at the extra material yet but open the book after I passed this morning and see a page of different type amplifiers (class A, B, AB, and C). Then I proceeded to shut the book and say I need a break for a few days... Thanks. |

Yeah that's what I had originally planned to do with my IR only laser. I decided it was to much pain in the butt plus only having IR is limited to only NV where the combo I can run the visible anytime. The green is daylight bright and visible to at least 50 yards during the day. Should make a nice BUS in theory.
