Nasdaq below 13,000 is not a good sign is it? I start to think about closing positions while I still have enough capital to build a recovery.
At some point soon, I'd expect the drop to accelerate. Sure, it will come back. But I'd rather jump off at the beginning. Is it possible a serious downturn is just getting started? |

Is it the whole market getting hammered again, or just all my shit?

View Quote This has been a concern of mine also, have been looking at moving some of my more risky holdings back into cash while I am ahead. I don't think its going to slide that hard untill at least after April, if they get this next stimulus package passed it will jump up again and run but a few weeks after that who knows. I think a lot of the hedge funds and managers are just waiting to get that small investor cheddar and then run it down. But what do I know, I'm just a unemployed oil field worker and not a investment professional.... |

Seems like a bad day when all my holdings AND all my watch list are red. Lots of trading at close, but it's not helping my positions and market still down over 400. Fuck.

Oh good, I've broken 10% loss for the day.
5 minutes left, hopefully it can keep going. |

Somehow I fell lucky to only be down about 5% today. Everyone saw the bond rate and freaked out.

My stop loss executed on gme so that was a net loss but barely. Mvis killed me again today. Down 18% today.
At least it's a bloodbath overall. I needed 30 more to be able to flip gme for a mvis call before the bottom fell out. |
|
|
Now I don't feel so bad about taking my IGEN and MVIS profit this morning.
Everything else fucking imploded on me. |

Had an order for 0.56 on Sexy-oof on schwab that didn't execute for some reason even though it closed at 0.54. Don't know what that's about. Red across the board today. I thought stonks only go up?

Tried to pick up some BNGO to average down and right after I bought it dropped more.

Glad I sold off the BSQR yesterday, had lots of cash to pick up more MVIS today around $16. Still have some dry powder for tomorrow. I'll use these shares to trade around my core position.

My strategy this week:
Step 1 Wait for 20% pullback Step 2 Buy Step 3 Watch another 20% pullback Step 4 Buy more to average down Step 5 Watch another 20% pullback Step 6 Cry |
|
|
Well combined I'm up 1.44% for today.
Down about 700% for the week. |

Once MVIS goes down to $8.00, we'll be back to talking about how we hope to get 'as much as $13.00/share in the acquisition' !!
