The Constitution pretty much exists to protect The People from their government.
If AR15.COM was told by the .gov we couldn't make fun of China or Pelosi, it would be a violation of the 1st. But if Brownells tells AR15.COM to remove all posts that are critical of Hillary, you have to deal with it because they own this site and we live in America. Do you want anyone telling you how to run your business or to "bake that cake"? You have the freedom to create your own website. I wish someone would create a good popular social media service. |
