The Boondock Saints, Pulp Fiction, Braveheart(noone getting shot, but hacked to death with a big sword is pretty good too), The Professional, Desperado, The Replacement Killers, Bad Boys II, The One, any Lethal Weapon movie, Commando, Predator... etc etc

Watched League of Extraordinary Gentlemen yesterday.  It was pretty much non-stop fantasy type action.  Kinda like Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Not a bad watch.

Blackhawk Down is literally non-stop for about the last hour and 40 minutes.  

U-571 is pretty good too if you like WW2 era action.
