NOT intended to replace Semper Fidelis.

In some down time for my brain, I came up with this slogan for the USMC.

"Some people just need killin'. USMC - meeting the world's needs since 1775."

(No disrespect intended)

Just seemed fiting, in a number of ways.

Saw this on an official Marine Corps Shirt: If it absolutely, positively must be destroyed overnight. USMC.

"Destroyed In 30 Minutes Or The Next One's FREE!" "When It Absolutely, Positively, Has To Die Overnight!" "USMC: The World's 911" I love it! The above are on 7.62 design t-shirts, and Sgt. Grit's bumper stickers.

I would change it to: "A lot of people need to be killed, & the USMC has a proud tradition of helping them get what they need". (Brought to you by Make a Wish USMC) I like the other slogans as well.

Do you know what "slogan" means? Here's a refresher: A [red]brief[/red] attention-getting phrase used in advertising or promotion; a battle-cry. NB: "Slogan" is not the same as "Mission statement in form of an essay."
