Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - interesting M16 in Naked Gun 33 1/3

it's just starting on USA.
the main character had an M16 with a telescoping stock and what looked to be an A1 triangular hand guard that was chopped down to carbine length. no front site and I think it had a 3 prong flash supressor.
it's the scene before the opening credits
