I'm looking to get replica Le Mat revolver to display with my Kunstler collection (if 3 prints constitutes a collection). I can't afford the firing model that Navy Arms makes, but I can get a nice replica. I can get it in a blued look or a stainless steel type look (looks more aged stainless than out of the box stainless). What is the more authentic look? I'll also probably pick up a replica brass framed revolver to complement the Le Mat. I like the stainless better, but want something that will look authentic.

Thoughts?

Blued. I had a chance to buy a LeMat about 10 years ago for less than $400, but now the prices are almost twice that. I should have bought it.
