They ought to use a Ken doll or some other figure with a smaller physique. It could come with accessories like a pet hog and a turban. When you pull its string, it could say things like: "KILL THEM ALL!" "We have no weapons of mass destruction!" "Uday! Qusay! Where are you? Answer me!"
