Very quick, very dirty. It looks like what they upheld the 30/60 day "electioneering communication" prohibition ban on corporations and unions if paid for from general funds, but allows such communications if made from PACs or segregated funds. "Electioneering communications" are also known as "independent expenditures" such as an NRA ad saying "Al Gore will take your guns."

I don't yet see that other associations (i.e., the guys on this board acting as a group of individuals) are affected, but I'll keep reading once my BP goes down a little.
