I'm sure the donations will continue, so keep up the great work. Mark must change up the dillos as I'd like a collection of various ones.

The icing on the cake: Trump cannot just change this rule as he did because of Trump For those who did NOT read the lawsuit: On January 30, 2017, President Trump issued Executive Order (EO) 13771. This EO is titled Reducing Regulation and Controlling RegulatoryCosts and mandates that "for every one new regulation issued, at least two prior regulations be identified for elimination." 12 81. This EO mandates that when an "agency publicly proposes for notice and comment or otherwise promulgates a new regulation, it shall identify at least two existing re gulations to be repealed." 82. However, no such information is included in the proposed rule and therefore, the proposed rule violates EO 13771 and should be rescinded and/or voided. How sweet is that irony View Quote |

The final bump stock rule has been published. We filed this bump stock case on behalf of David Codrea and several other plaintiffs in D.C. As some of you may know Dave is a writer at ammoland. I'd like to take this time to thank LaRue Tactical for its fundraising efforts and all our donors. We could not be doing this without your help. Here's to a new year of reclaiming what has been stolen from us. Please take a look at the suit which is linked to below https://www.scribd.com/document/396418931/Filed-Bumpstock-Complaint-Redacted View Quote @wolfwood I don't know if minor typos matter going forward in court but the 6/7 in the date on page 3 for the ANPRM are swapped.
Rulemaking... |

Here's to you Scott Heuman, thanks for stepping up and being a plaintiff

Ready to buy another couple Dillos as soon as Mark is ready to offer them

@wolfwood
Also on the subject of typos, p 12 section 33 states: In another instance of absurdity, semiautomatic rifles can be “bump fired” without a bump stock attached either by utilizing a technique to achieve a rapid succession of firing or utilizing a rubber ban or a simple belt loop "Ban", of course, should be band. I'd hate for an excellent part of your logical argument to be tossed on a technicality. Whether or not the typo matters, carry on good sirs. |

Read all 30 pages of that and were I presiding, I would find it has merit and allow it to proceed. Legally-speaking, there's a case to be made as outlined, just a matter of whether or not the court(s) agree. Good luck, I'll be following this!

I missed out on the first dillo fundraiser I won't miss out if there is another.

So this is likely a dumb question but the lawsuit is based on the fact that he's not officially in his position to make the ruling? Shouldn't it be that they're just making up rules/definitions that they're following from day to day? Bumpstocks don't fit the definition of a MG yet they're making up whatever rules/laws they want without them being approved by congress? View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Sweet Jesus.... "as purported acting Attorney General" 84. Defendant acting Attorney General Whitaker’s appointment violated 28 USC § 508(a) as he was not the Deputy Attorney General when Attorney General Sessions resigned. 85. Acting Attorney General Whitaker signed the Final Rule, and because his appointment is unlawful under § 508(a), the Final Rule is of no force and effect because acting Attorney General Whitaker has no authority to exercise the powers of the office he purports to hold. |

You can correct me if I am wrong but I don't think Larue sells bump stocks.

You can correct me if I am wrong but I don't think Larue sells bump stocks. Although limited edition fundraising spite stocks after your victory might sell quick for another cash injection. If you're reading Mark, do a Nolo/Codrea limited RAT bump stock after the victory. They'd sell out in minutes. Maybe Nolo Dillo owners only? Lots of cool business and fundraising options with this one. |
