Most of them can/will ruin your barrell.  

I use 00buck and slugs for all of my needs.

FireQuest/Delta Force/Delta Books are all the same company, and EVERYTHING in their catalogs is overpriced (books, IMI M855 ammo, DPMS parts, etc.), total crap, or both.

"Free Market" yourself away from them and to a better vendor.
