Bill Lockyear Says Cache Of Assault Weapons Seized In South OC Top Stories 11-26-2003 03:34 AM (Los Angeles, CA) -- Attorney General Bill Lockyear says his office has seized a record number of illegal assault weapons from a south Orange County gun dealer after receiving an anonymous tip. Lockyear told reporters yesterday that one suspect was arrested, adding 79 assault rifles, three assault pistols, seven assault shotguns and a rifle packaged with a pair of grenade launchers and 19 tracer rounds were all recovered by authorities. Lockyear adds there's no telling how many deaths could have occurred had the rifles made it to the streets. Just under 60 weapons remain unaccounted for. <me> How many more deaths could he prevent by stopping drunk drivers in the same time? Unreal comments.  |

Ooh, 19 tracer rounds! Good thing they were taken off the streets! Aren't those the kind that can burn holes through M1A1s and stuff! Wow!
And grenade launchers! Good thing they were taken off the streets! They didn't mention it in the article, but I'm sure they found grenades for them too! |

If you pay REAL close attention, you'll probably see this in the next week or two:
Section D, Page 39 Orange County, CA - Officials from ATF and the Kalifornia DOJ have determined that the gun shop were several dozen "assault weapons" were confiscated had an "assault weapon" permit and legally possessed those guns. Unfortunately, the DOJ had already destroyed the guns, valued at over $80,000. "That's his tough luck. It's the risk you run being a gun dealer in Kalifornia; some day, someone may mistake your legal guns as being illegal," said AG Lockyer. "Isn't it obvious by now that we'd prefer that all gun shops in Kalifornia go out of business? That would be best for the state." Meanwhile, the owner of the gun store has been arrested for "wasting government resources" because he possessed guns that, while legal, were likely to cause the city to spend a lot of money on a raid. "People should know better," stated the Attorney General. In unrelated news, violent crime in Kalifornia is up 5.6% for the year... -Troy |

The question should be...
If this happens anywhere but in Kaliforinistan, are we looking at a conflict? If you keep telling people something is evil, eventually they will believe it. |

The vast majority of people in this state don’t give a crap about Liberty, TRUE security or the freedoms that are guaranteed by the Constitution.
They are too happy to be living in “paradise” with palm trees, beaches, surf, nice weather and don’t have a clue that for the most part it’s nothing more than a guided cage. Government has used that zombie-like quality of the majority of the population to push it’s socialist agenda. Davis pushed more than even the zombie sheep were comfortable with and is on the street where he belongs. A surprising turn of events but one that won’t last as the sheep return to their trance like existence. This bust will quickly fade from the SoCal zombies so-called “mind” within milliseconds (if they even hear about it in the first place) and all will be well once again in “paradise”. I will be SO glad when I finally leave this state for good. I’ll probably stop just over the border, exit my vehicle, drop my pants and give the “Golden State” a final goodbye moon. |
