Clive Owens-I'll sleep when I'm dead.
Great flick but I don't understand the ending. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/video/detail/B0773LK19H/ref=atv_wtlp_wtl_19 |

Since it came up in another thread... https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/51%2BFIhvUuBL._SY445_.jpg My review: Do you like good acting, direction and writing? Are you a fan of historically accurate WWII period pieces? Do you think gay jokes and blackface are reasons to boycott a movie? Do you think Nude Nuns with Big Guns was in bad taste and no one could make a movie in worse taste? Well, if you answered yes to any of these questions, you probably (actually, really) don't want to watch it. On the other hand, if you ever said to yourself "Self, I really wish they'd do more movies in the vein of Top Secret, where a coked out German who sucks at directing but knows he sucks at directing...directs it. Maybe with a fat chick who is actually kinda funny as the main character, who decides to fight Nazis because all of her online Jewish dating matches keep disappearing, and by the end of the 3rd chapter you know how many rolling pins fit in her cootch that'd be great. And hey, if they can top it off with Hitler playing Risk and being a little bitch about the rules then I'd so be into that. Oh and Michael Pare, I need another movie with Michael Pare in it in my life, especially if Ron Howard's creepy little brother is his henchman. Oh and meat, enough meat hanging on hooks that even Godzilla would say,'Woah that might be too much meat.' Oh and there are vampires? I am so fuckin' in!" Then yes, this is your movie. It's bad, on purpose, and absolutely fucking hilarious. It drags in places and even I said "Seriously dude...what the fuck?" out loud a couple of times, but all in all it's a damn good, self-aware of what it is, B-movie. To put it another way, a black millennial African Studies major at Berkeley probably would have less issues with "Blazing Saddles" than most normal people would with "Blubberella." I, however, am not normal and thought it was good badfun. View Quote |

White Tiger was........
Interesting. Odd story, but the cinematography wasn't bad. Just strange. |

If you get a chance check out "Anonymous 616".
Pretty fucked up movie. But entertaining none the less. Its sure to leave thinking "what the fuck did i just watch" as the credits roll. |

How is Star Trek: Beyond? Did they finally tone down the lens flares?

Range 15 is now on Prime. We watched it on Saturday and my wife all, "WTF is wrong with you? It's not THAT funny." Weirdo.

The Mercury 13. A documentary about the women astronauts you never knew we had. Or almost had.

So--and I'm talking to my fellow Zombie Movie Fans out there--
...anybody remember when these trailers came out for Worst Case Scenario? Well...the movie never got made because the funding fell through. What DID get made however--by the same guy--is this one...and it looks like it uses most of the creature effects from (what was going to be) Worst Case Scenario...and it's on Amazon Prime. Just finished season 2 of Sneaky Pete.
Excellent show. Can’t wait for season 3. |

Any good funnies?
All the movies I look up are for rent or buy only. |

Really good documentary about “war of 1812”, narrated by Joey Zaza from Godfather 3...
I cannot fathom how they only left the last ten minutes of the film to talk about Andrew Jackson and the battle of New Orleans... They meanwhile go into great detail about the Indians getting shafted by white folks as is usual in all PBS fashion.. I need to be rich so I can make a real series on America’s history... like these guys. Thomas Jefferson and the Tripoli Pirates: The Forgotten War That Changed American History |

BTT (I don't want this one to die too)
Still watching Kung Fu, Sneeky Pete and Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy |
|
I finished watching Jean Claude van Johnson.. A sprinkling of JCVD action and some eye candy, but the storyline and acting were pretty lame, IMHO
Watched the first episode of The Dawns Here Are Quiet audio is in Russian, English subs some good HD video, CGI portions were kinda lame lots of Russian eye candy and a nice scene where you can see most of them neekid, if thats your thing look to be period correct uniforms and weapons |

If you like Ghost Adventures, Zack made a movie called Demon House, about a hunted house in Ohio, I think it was?

I know its been posted already but the newest season of Goliath is pretty good.
I really enjoyed the first season. This one started slow but has gotten pretty good |

Just started Babylon 5. Glad it's on there as I've never seen it.

watched the 2nd Ep of Goliath last night
that took a turn I wasn't expecting. Click To View Spoiler Damn, I kinda liked Rachel..but that van! zomg! I don't know what it is, but I have a hard time dealing with / watching confrontations and I hate liars, thieves, back stabbers and politics (.gov/office), Which is why I stopped watching Sneaky Pete, now I don't know if I want to keep watching this one, however, I did like how Billy knew the law very well and would only watch to see him triumph in the old good vs evil battle. |

Shot Caller. I thought it was going to be a lame "tv star wants to be a movie star" type movie but it was great. View Quote |

The Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle
season 101 growing up on Sat morning cartoons, these, and having only watched the first episode, have a familiarity of the original, but it's different. the usual characters are still there |

Showgirls is available on Prime. Terrible movie, but it has Jessie Spano's boobs.

God I feel like I'm awash with so many movies now days I don't get to watch half of what I want. Between TV Shows, movies, kids, wife, hunting seasons, shooting, tinkering and traveling for work it's very rare that I get to finish a movie out. Hell I've got a lot of movies I've started and never finished.
It took me three times to sit down and finish Super Troopers 2, not because it wasn't good I just kept getting distracted. |

“The survivors “ with a Robin Williams has been added and is the story of my life...

|
“Ordeal by innocence” is quite good, one of Agatha Christie’s favorite of her own works..

I don't usually like these kinds of movies but Johnny Depp made me give it a try and I liked it.
