I have a great grandfather that did something very similar right after he got back from WW I. Ended up logging in the Pacific Northwest for a bit before turning and heading back east. He passed before I was born, but I can imagine the adventures he had. |

I think my pellet stove is officially tits up.
 This is what I woke up too.   There's not supposed to be black soot at all.  There's also not supposed to be a solid brick of char in the burn box.  Only things I can think of is either the exhaust blower or outside air pump is going bad. Or the thing's computer brain is shot. No way I can keep burning it like this and it's going to be in the low 20's next couple days. |
