I see where he is coming from. Bump stocks and gat triggers have always seemed useless for the most part, like M203 look a like flare launchers. Not something I would be likely to buy so whether or not they are legal doesn't affect me much. You can make the argument that we should be using our resources on the things that actually matter most to us.

BUT.... The best defense is a good offense. Giving them anything will only encourage them. We should be going on the offense and making the point that the left has been calling everyone nazis and calling for blood in the streets. Their rhetoric would cause violence and there multiple examples of this. We should be making the argument that if it turns out the murderer was motivated by political hatred the left and the media needs to be held accountable. We should be proposing ways to go after the media and dem figures who have made statements calling for violence. Put the focus on the bad guys where it belongs.

First off I've always thought bumpfire stocks are fucking stupid....that being said I'll never support legislation banning a fucking stock that replicates something you can do with a finger and 10 minutes of practice. What I don't get is Hickok and his son have made plenty of videos tearing up his compound with bumpfire stocked AKs and ARs, if they are so bad now shouldn't he accept some of the guilt??? Also if they were banned the multimillionaire murderer would have just gone the NFA route and gotten an MG-42 with some extra barrels and I can tell you the body count would be MUCH higher, would he support NFA confiscation then?????
