employees have no constitutional rights at work when their employer isnt the government. you put on that uniform, you cease representing yourself. your ability to "express yourself" is entirely up to those who make the NFL's rules and standards. they don't have a "right" to anything as the first amendment only applies to government. players enjoy the privilege to kneel, a privilege that can be taken away at the NFL's discretion. "but the constitution!!!!!!" jesus christ.
