Concerning the Winchester 22LR at $5 per hundred rounds.
Finally found some. None were on display. Helpful young lady scanned my screenshot barcode and went to the back to check. Came back within 2 minutes with the 4 boxes I requested. She informed me that they still had 15 boxes. Walmart’s new wonky quantity displayed 6+ with 19 boxes in stock

Corpus Christi area searchers, Portland still has some.

Rebate is still good until the 15th.

It is at all three of the south tx stores in my area I ended up getting 600 30cal 180gr bullets and 4000 of the .45 hollow points.

The important thing is to scan anything your interested in alot of the clearance is marked down further than it shows.

Thanks. With the changes I don’t know how many if any are in stores but I’ll check in town anyway. Do they work well?
@IBison
I bought a couple of the  Belkin wireless chargers and since I don't neckbeard all the clearance to flip, I can give you a review.

BLUF: They work surprising well and worth full price.

For reference, I have a Samsung S7 with a slim case and was previously using the OEM Samsung wireless quick charger $$.  I've always had to be mindful in centering the phone (flat) on the pad to charge and it's gotten much worse lately (3 years old).

The Belkin allows you to charge the phone viewable vertical or horizontal and no fiddling to get it to charge.  Heavyish and feels quality unlike the Samsung OEM.  Also, huge plus is it has a cord that plugs directly into the wall so it doesn't require a USB cable or charger plug.

In the same purchase I thought I scored some holographic goggles for $1 each down from +18.99!  Complete nonfunctional garbage.  I'd be livid if I paid retail.

I did score some 3M Filtrete HEPA filters for my Holmes air purifiers/tinnitus busters for $4.50.  They fit, but the Holmes filters fit better.

Brickseek says the JBL Flip 4 bluetooth black at one local store marked down to $35 for a few hours and then up to $89. Looked at the other colors, yep all back up to $89. I swear they have a disgruntled employee monkeying around with their pricing.

Not here in DFW.  Our stores had some great reloading clearances last spring/early summer.  Some lucky punks even got some rcbs rockchucker supremes for $64.  I was watching them and waiting for it to drop from $128 (still below full price and sat there forever) and missed It by ONE DAY. I scanned one one night just before close and it was $128. Went back next morning a couple hours after opened and both they had left were gone.  Scanned barcode off my phone and it was $64.  Dang it,  lol.

I got some other stuff on clearance though- good deals on dies and some knick knacks like shellholders and lube.  Anyway all the stores near me in dfw are at full price on everything right now.

Academy Sports has them on clearance. Not necessarily marked as a clearance item. One store had one at $3.50, store nearby had this batch at a whopping $1.98.

I know this is a stretch, but to all of you who were able to snag one of the 1187 shotguns, would anyone be interested in trading for either one of the Savage Axis XP rifles or Rem 700 rifles? I was unable to find any 1187s near me.

If anyone is interested, please email me or send me a IM. Thanks!

Academy's in my area don't seem to have much on the reloading clearance unless stuff isn't marked on the shelf right. I did get some 7mm rem mag dies though. I don't have that caliber but with the locked n loaded promo for bullets, buying the dies for 14 was cheaper than a box of bullets at 35. tried to find more die sets for this endeavor but struck out at my two other nearby's. Did get a comparator set for $10 though.

An interesting note is that talking to the SG manager at one of the locations he said that Academy had switched to a "clearance by store" model rather than "clearance by region". IIRC up till at least January they were still doing it by region, so maybe that's a recent change? January I made a crap ton of money once I found out Leupold VX-3is were clearance at 160 and Viridian X5L's were 75. I cleared out as many stores as I could drive to.

Just make sure that before you go crazy buying that PL 340, you realize that it is a spring gun (meaning that you manually operate the action for each shot).  I had visions of loading a magazine and going Pew, pew, pew before I read that.

I've been on the hunt for a laptop and the only one I've been able to find is a display model of the HP Pavilion Mineral 17.3" that is missing the space bar. It's marked $219 now (60% off I think). I was debating on seeing if the dept manager wanted to discount it much more ($100 or less) and then I'd be interested perhaps. What would be a reasonable discount to seek?

On a side note, if anyone has an extra 15.6" or 17.3" HP or 15.6" Lenovo s330 from the 7/19 update to trade (I can offer Nikon scopes, binos, rangefinders, knives, some smaller kitchen appliances, etc), please IM me.

Originally that was the intent for those, but a buddy of mine wanted to get them from me. I was going to give him the friend price, but he actually insisted on market value. I wound up using those funds toward a 6-24x50 rather than the 3-9x40 that the 3i's were, so it worked out a little bit better for what I wanted to do.

On the other hand, IIRC those were 1" tubes which would have been super useful to some of the pickups that I've made in the time since them. It's one reason I was hoping for some of the Nikon's on this thread, because most of my optics are 30mm, and I have a bunch of old rifles that need optic updates, but finding mounts to replace stuff on customized Model of 1917's is difficult so sticking with 1" seems my way forward.

I do love this thread, but honestly BS has made it both easier and more difficult to get deals. Because it is so widely known the competition is greater.

I kind of wouldnt mind if it went away and we had to start using the walmart app to scan and then post our findings on here. It would make a lot of people get out of the deal game if it were harder to know what was on clearance.

Looks like cricut requires a $10/mo subscription to use the machine.  I did a quick search (so I may have missed a solution) but there doesn't seem to be a jailbreak for this.

For me, Dexter either has been saying in stock or out of stock. They don't even display the #'s anymore. It's annoying because I had a lot of my bookmarks saved as Dexter searches. Hopefully things get ironed out.

I did not know that. If there's a subscription involved, I'm just going to sell mine. I was going to give it to the gf but she already has Cricut's rival and she won't be too keen on a monthly fee.

Back on the Academy front, they dropped all clearance items ending in 97 75 percent off Sunday. Couple examples from an expensive weekend:

Rcbs media separator for 7.50
Nike dri fit golf shirts for 6.14
7mm rem mag does for 12
Hornady 300, 38 spl, 40, 9, 243, etc cases around 10
13' party floats for 20 (unicorn or flamingo)
Inflatable Water slide for 60
Glow in the dark Firefly tent for kids for 5

Every store is different but lots of good deals out there.
