MMMMMMM, one of the best dinner pics Ive seen. IVe wondered if any of the non-ohians have any Montgomery Inn resteraunts. They make a barb-Q sauce that you could eat from a spoon(seriously). I havnt mastered cooking chicken yet on the grill but my steaks and pork tenderlons are getting better all the time.

Oh you know better. Nobody from the south would use Montreal Steak Seasoning for a BBQ rub! Those are not normal southern BBQ seasonings. I'm sure it's tasty though. The wings look good too.

Cali is a mix of all regional bbq styles, imho that makes for the overall bbq flavorings since you have such a large choice of seasonings, spices, and sauces...it also means we get to eat cow, pig, and chicken in one meal :D i personally try and go to "the best bbq in town" every time im in another city/state...expand my horizons...and some of the little bbq joints must put heroin in their bbq..cuz man it can put my stuff to shame.

I'd agree with that. Around here (Nashville) most "real" BBQ fans don't go to chain restaurants. You go to the crappy dangerous parts of town & follow the smell of the smoke. You normally find a little hole in the wall, mom & pop place that has the best food you could ever hope to find. Just make sure you are carrying[:D]

WTF is that? No napkin, no fork, no measuring tape. They always forget the napkin, fork and measuring tape.[newbie] ::Golf clap::
