Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Dumb question about Enhanced Load Bearing Vest (ELBV) and attachments.

How do you attach the Improved Combat Butt Pack to the Enhanced Load Bearing Vest properly? It doesn't seem like it is hanging right the way I have it attached. I've got ALICE clips holding the pack to my pistol belt, and the two top straps running through the D rings on the vest. It seems like the pack is hanging down quite far in the back, and the pack will not close properly with a 2/3 full load. Am I doing this right? Is there a web site that outlines how to hook this stuff up the right way? Anyone got some good pictures? I need some help!
