Sorry, folks, originally posted in legal section.  Many views, but no replies.

Subject: Private Sale (via estate) of full auto weapons.

Question: What are the legal protocols to have this transfered correctly?

You need to find all of the Form 4s or Form 1s for the guns.  If you can't you are pretty much S.O.L.

From there contact a C3 dealer and he will do the rest.
If you are direct family there are no rtansfer tax transfers the ATF will give you, again contact a C3 dealer in your area.
