Theres something wrong here. I'm thinking because of their use of the metric system they are combining .45cal. and .45mm .3969mm = .015625 inch = 1/64 of an inch. .7938mm = .03125 inch = 1/32 of an inch. The article is wrong.

Oh yeah, its very wrong. Kinda like when Fox was covering Gulf War II. They had those graphics of the gear our guys carried and they said the M16s were chambered in 5.56 caliber.
