You specifically mentioned cleanliness. The Winchester white box ammo tends to be very dirty in my guns. However, my guns seem to like the Winchester over the S&B for accuracy. I tend to shoot the Winchester almost exclusively.

Fiocchi is much cleaner, hotter, reloadable and pretty accurate. A case of a 1,000 is a $118 ($5.90 a box of 50).

if you want to reload it winchester. for plinking either would be fine. I'm not a big fan of s&B as their brass seems to be total crap.

I would get Fiocchi or Olympic. The Greek 124gr. stuff has never failed me.

Just found some Mag Tech and Federal's American Eagle for about the same price.
