A few points, just to be an ass:
1- This is the 3rd or 4th time this has been posted today. 2- This gets posted every 6 months or so. 3- This thing is old news. 4- It sucks as anything but a gimmick once you look at it in depth. Sorry |

He also has supposedly produced a "smart gun" that is programmable on who and where it is fired.
And I bet if the batteries go dead, oops, too bad. |

American ingenuity has also produced a anti-missile weapon
