OH! DON'T even get me started!!!
I used to work for AlliedSiganl/Honeywell. Had to go to all of those ridiculous group meetings. Got so sick of hearing those insane little buzz words (change your paridigm - is the one that drives me crazy) I wanted to scream! How many "this is how the Japs do it" movies have you seen yet?. Oh well - guess I'm not a "team" player. |

I took sexual harrisment training one day.
When leaving the class I winked at the HR director and thanked her for all the ideas. She was not amused. |

Not wanting to hijack the thread, but that reminded me of when I was younger and worked at a hospital. They made all employees get CPR training. When the instructor asked, "What should you do when you come accross someone who is apparently unconcious and possibly not breathing, when you are by yourself?" I replied, "Check their wallet for cash." The instructor laughed, everyone else was looking at me like I was evil. |

Two coworkers and I had to go once.
One coworker is female and will say anything. Lines we threw out to the instructor Don't call them Broads. Chicks hate that. Nipples are a good way to tell how much the heat needs to be turned up. Sexual harassment isn't a good thing to be charged with, so have a coworker do it first to see how they react. Also, never say stuff to women who look like lesbians. After 7 or 8 restraining orders you usually get lucky. We had a good time, I don't know why we weren't fired. |

I just started working at a new place. I did temp there so they know me pretty well. One of the bosses was handing me all the paperwork to fill out and was telling me what it was.
"This is the workplace violence policy" "Is that something you promote here?" The worst seminar I was ever sent out to was a feel good marathon for Wal-Mart employees. The district managers and store managers were complete asses and I was sure to point out a number of things plus had my whole side of the room laughing the entire time. The ONLY reason I got out of there with my job still ok was the fact that my manager was sitting next to me, carrying on just as much. |
