The al pacino scene in the beggining goes by quick. I think there are sounds in the beggining, kinda doesnt make sense if there weren't any.

No nudity but the opening sex scene is kinda long and uncomfortable to watch if you are with your dad. Natalie Portman (who by the way, despite her young age is smokin hot now) is always wearing a shirt in the bathtub. Besides, slit wrists are very un-sexy on any woman. I would be more concerned about the language/violence.

Yeah, I HATE watching sex/nudity scenes with my parents(my mother far more than my father), and Heat hardly even rated. A fairly tame scene in the beginning(no nudity), and that's it.
