Some of those tricks can actually be purchased on the internet. The one where he seems to rise off the sidewalk is about $14.95

The levitation is easy - he always puts the people in the exact same place - back to the left at the exact same angle - then he rises up on the tip of his right foot. They film other sequences with wires - complete with people wearing the same sort of closes as the actual people at the sceen - but only show them from the back.
The "secrets of magic exposed" TLC program showed how he did this. |

day before yesterday their was a show called secrets of street magicians revealed, or something like that. was on TLC, or TDC. it went trick to trick showing what and how david blaine does all his tricks on his TLC show. i suggest not watching it. you'll kick yourself for not realizing some of them. the fact that it is on TV and you are not actually their plays a big part of alot of his tricks. try to pay attention to all of the edits.
