This shithead is a REAL piece of work
VENTURA, Calif. (June 22) - Cosmetics heir and former fugitive Andrew Luster left behind a notebook in Mexico in which he apparently seeks to justify the assaults that led to his rape conviction, according to a published report.

The notebook was stored among other belongings at the Puerta Vallarta hotel where Luster last stayed, according to an article published in the Ventura County Star's Sunday edition.

``Yes they were in an extreme state of inebriation and a vid. But this - as any actively sexual person (player) knows is not outside the grounds of ethical play,'' read one passage in the notebook, according to the newspaper.

Editors at the paper said a manager at the Motel Los Angeles allowed their reporter to view the notebook Saturday. The reporter, who had covered Luster's trial, recognized the 13 pages of handwriting as belonging to Luster.

The notebook also contained a ``payback'' list naming his victims and those who prosecuted him, notes on Spanish pickup lines, and the names of people he hoped would send him money, according to the report.

Authorities said the 39-year-old great-grandson of Hollywood makeup legend Max Factor took three women to his seaside home at Mussel Shoals, northwest of Los Angeles, between 1996 and 2000 and attacked them after giving them the so-called date-rape drug GHB. Some of the encounters were videotaped.

After he jumped his $1 million bail in January, a Ventura County Superior Court jury convicted him of multiple counts of rape, poisoning and drug possession.

Luster's attorney said his client has always insisted that he is innocent and that he had consensual sex with the women.

The FBI put him aboard a plane in Mexico and flew him back to California on Thursday, a day after he was captured by bounty hunters.

Luster, who fled the country just days before the verdict five months ago, was arrested by Mexican police after he scuffled with the bounty hunters near a taco stand in the beach resort of Puerto Vallarta.

What a dumbass.  Mexico?  If I was looking at 86 counts of rape, I'd be in some country without an extradition treaty.

The bounty hunters by the way are rotting in a Mexican Jail charged with kidnapping.

The Mexican police get nasty when you interfere with their graft.

Maybe we had a hand in that...Keep him locked up in order to keep him from explaining how he caught Luster and the FBI didn't.  If he were out of jail every newschannel would have ths "hillbilly" on making the Feds look bad. Maybe in a week or so when the publicity dies down they'll let him go.

These good ol boys may have been able to find him when the feds couldn't-but they sure picked the WRONG venue to try and grab him. In a public place. They should of tracked him to his crib, kicked his door down, stuffed him in a trunk, and then taken him to either the harbor or airport and stuffed him on a light plane or boat. The local cops would probably not have KNOWN it even happened till they saw it on TV.
