And how much better would your life be if you cut it down to less than one hour per day? I spend too much frickin time using this damn computer. I need to gain a better understanding of "enjoy in moderation".

Well, since I have a "real" job (meaning I get paid a lot of money to do nothing) [:D] I am usually on the net for about 11 hours a day.

I'm on the net about 18 hours a day. Not 100% of the time but off and on every hour that I'm awake. Of course I have a job programming internet applications. Edited to add that I do not have a TV so the internet is my only source of entertainment.

Depends on how I feel. Yesterday I was not on the net at all. Somedays I can do an hour. Other days 6 hours. Mostly I would say 2 to 3 hours spread out during the day. ED

Lets put it this way there are 2 of my home computers hooked into the chat almost all the time. And I am sure that one of them have been there for about 2 weeks straight I would say I am online way to much. NoKarma

i "work" in a control room at a small powerhouse.once the equipment is all up and running, i fall into moniter mode untill an outage or upset occurs. i'm in a room for 10 1/2 out of 12 hours. my eyes are constantly glancing at the various moniter screens, but i'm also on here at the same time for maybe 9 hours or so. i have dial up at home, so if i'm not working, i'm not surfing.

Shoot, if I can manage to avoid ar15.com, I'm alright, but if I take just one peak...one thing leads to another and ...DAMN... I'll be on here for hours. [peep]
