For me, it's a toss-up between the 6 1/2" S&W Model 29 used by Clint Eastwood in "Dirty Harry" and the two-tone 4" Colt Python used by Robert Blake in "ElectraGlide in Blue".

It has to be the Broomhandle Mauser used in both Joe Kidd & Star Wars. End of Debate! I is the coolest gun and does the job in both the 18th Century and the 28th Century.
