Access to a large machine shop(cnc, extruding, anodizing, etc..) that recently got their ATF license to manufacture firearms. It's an opportunity for me to be involved and maybe generate some cash.

Lets hear some ideas of things firearm and non-firearm related to manufacture.

Make recivers to out-dated guns like the PPSH for which parts-kits are plentifull (but most recivers have been destroyed by now).

Edit: If your class 2, you can make your own machineguns [:)], get .50bmg semi-auto AR15 (I forget the designation) and make it full-auto [;D]

How about a nice rifle with a curved barrel that allows you to shoot around corners. [:D]

Belt-fed 12 ga. upper.  Come to think of it, where would one find 12 ga. links?

How about somethng very similiar to the SPR swan rail at equal quality and half the price?  All else being equal, people will buy what costs less.  [:D]  Capitalism.
Of course, I am sure ARMS has a patent on it, so you would have to not violate that (and rightly so).
That should start some flames....

How about some parts for Mini-14?
- extended mag release
(fed ord used carry but they are gone & tough to find now)

-replacement Mini-14 gas block top w/ front sight built in (AC556 part that ruger won't sell)

-replacement Mini-14 gas block with rails built into the sides and bottom.

-Adaptor for using cheap high capacity .22LR mags in AR or Mini-14 - use 25 rnd AR7 mag etc.
(heck they are asking for $100+ for 30 rnd ceiner mags for AR kits)

How about this, I have been working out an idea for a 20ga upper. What is needed is a bolt on a standard carrier that takes 20ga

It was just an Idea, but it looks like it might work.

... OK, how about ACOG TA01NSN to Doktor Optic [red]Mounts[/red] for our AR15/M4.

... I'll try this again. If you're offering to take on short-runs please consider giving me an estimate on 100 of the following:

Material: 6061 T6 Aluminum
Tolerance: +/-0.005" except for features of size (possible deviations allowed by prior approval only)
Finish: 63 RMS
Plating: None
Format: IGES, UG, CATIA or AutoCAD

... Use the mount in the photo on the bottom as a scale for estimating size, but I believe the envelope is 1.7" X 0.5" X 1.0" roughly.

I'd like to see a caseless ammo upper for the AR15 offered and an inexpensive supply of caseless ammo in .223.
