I think it's from the Order Hemiptera but I don't know which sub-order. Hemiptera have a pair of simple eyes in front and above the compound eyes, the area below the mouthparts is hardened, and an "X" on the back formed by the overlapped wings.

It is a leaf eater.  Don't worry about it except for the fact that, like a moth, it will also eat cloth (hence the drapes)  The antennae are for scent location for breeding.  This particular one (colors are off from what we have here and the antennae are a little larger) is a bit different from the local version, but still basically the same thing.
