I am blown away! Edie and the fruity guy were talking with Judge Nopalitano about the sailor in NYC that saw an intruder in his home in his child's room and shot him. Because the guys gun wasn't registered, he is going to Rikers Island WITH the guy he shot who has a rap sheet 14 pages long. The sailor is a Weapons Specialist in the Navy too!!!!!!

What blew me away is the fact that all 3 were saying how stupid gun control laws are and the judge actually said "The Constitution says we can have a certain amount of weapons to protect ourselves and all the states other than Texas has taken those rights away from us"....

KAbooM! A media organization in our court? We need to write to the judge and tell him how much we appreciate his comments...It's almost 4am here and I am going to bed. I don't think the transcript is up yet. I would appreciate it if someone could post it for all to read...

Funny, I don't recall the Second Amendment mentioning anything about "a certain amount", (restrictions), and Oregon, and other states, have far better carry laws than does Texas. Actually, Vermont is the only State close to Constitutional compliance, and they didn't rate a mention!
