Whichever one has the most traffic, in that price range (80k-90k)... A good location (i.e. not excessive crime, and the right kind of customers) is a plus as well... After all, more customers = more money for you... Although around here, I immagine that price would get you a joint that would make you wish you could legally keep a Browning Auto-5 under the counter...

WW have you ever been to Goldie's at Via Linda and Mountain View in Scottsdale? Great food, hoochie waitresses and I can walk home.
