Out of some sort of American tradition, all former presidents are still referred to as president when addressed. Kinda' like always calling a doctor a doctor, even after they retire. However, having said that, I firmly believe that we should make an exception in Clinton's case.

If that's the case, why do I still hear some news sations refer to President Bush as simply MR Bush? That pisses me off. they still talk about Slick Willie as if he were still residing at 1600 Pennsylvania.
