This morning while putting quarters in the washing machine, I discovered that one of the quarters in my hand was minted in 1941.  Upon further examination, I realized that the quarter was silver.  I know it is probably not worth much more than a couple of dollars.

The coin is in fair condition.  Does anyone know how much this coin is worth?

I believe all Quarters and Dimes made prior to 1965 are silver...I have not run across one in a few years.  when you do get one you can really tell by the sound it makes when it rattels in your pockest with the other change.

Keep it, It's prob worth a $1 or $2.

Depending on the condition, looks like $2.  Not too bad.
