Awesome job! Did you use stencils? How'd you get the woodland design?

Thanks guys. First I painted it Olive Drab. Then, I took an exacto knife and some printer paper, made some stencils. Big curves for the brown, which I painted next. Then I made some smaller stencils for tan, and smaller and thinner for the black. I did the whole thing this evening. I only waited about 30 mins between colors. If I had masking tape and more patience, it would have looked even better.

You did a great job. Check this out for some great patterns.... www.whamocamo.com Edited to add looks like it's under construction so they only have a couple patterns.I'd give anything for the 1st pattern but I bet it's expensive as hell.I bet my barrel would drop right in with no fitting needed.

You did everything for a solid job. I especially like the thin black curve stencils which you seem to be able to wrap around the round areas. What weight paper did you use? (if you don't mind me asking)

I just used some paper from my PC's printer, cheap stuff, 8.5x11 copy paper Wall mart had the Krylon boxed up as a 4 can package, had a pic of a jeep wrangler on the box.
