Well, it seems that everyone misread the question.  He asked for weight, not height, which makes me much more comfortable.  I'm 220lb, and I might be 6'5" or 5'2".  You'll never know.

But it is more accurate to use both weight and height.

Damn now we got body fat into the equation(how about hat size?) 10%body fat at 212 lbs would be 21 lbs overweight so would you say you were about 40lbs overweight? Or just right?

Actually in males 20% body fat is not overweight as you might need this buffer zone in case of illness or times of famine!

100 lbs over normal body weight is called obese!
