many moons ago, I had a friend in the insurance business run a 'longevity estimate' on me based on my lifestyle/career/etc at the time.
I should have been dead about 20 years ago. (I've changed careers etc. since.) |

88. But I think it should be longer because that whole BMI thing is screwed up---it penalizes you for lifting because if you lift you're going to have more than the average muscle mass, which will increase your weight and screw up the BMI.

This test says Im obese because Im 6'3" and 255. I do have a gut, but Im far from fat. I wouldn't put too much faith in this test.
