The tape is a little short for dinner isn't? BTW: I like mine a little burnt. Keeps the rif-raft away. ED

WOW!! Tough crowd :) It was getting late evening and the I forgot the flash, hey I was hungry! The steak is medium rare, I coated the outside with Jack Daniels steak sause and seared both sides on full flame and then let it slow cook on low heat. It seals in the juices. Trust me, my dogs loved licking up the blood covered plate. Generic

Hey bobbyjack, here's the story on Gimpy our bull you saw pictured. My family owns a dairy, ranch and farm. Gimpy was born with weak joints that prevented him from getting around too well. As he grew up the other bulls would hassle him to no end. We ended up moving him into his own 2 acre pasture and was given all the ground corn and silage he could eat. When he reached 16 months he was about perfect, that was two weeks ago. The meat has an awesome texture and taste, I don't think leaving him a bull hurt the taste a bit!! :) Generic

HEY, IT'S NOT PINK, IT's FUSIA [}:D] Actually my grandmother buys my wife and I tons of this stuff for Christmas every year for the last 8 years. I'm afraid my cupboards are sagging from all the glass, some of the fiesta ware is pretty cool colored like the dark blue or grey. I'll agree the pink is a little much. Generic
