SHORT UPDATE I HAD A NICE LONG TALK WITH ZIPPO TODAY AND GOT EVERY THING RITE(I THINK)SO IN A DAY OR 2 I SHOULD HAVE THE FINAL ART WORK.UNTILL THEN HERE IS A PIC THEY SENT ME BUT IT IS PAINTED ON---OURS WELL BE ENGRAVED---- DONT WORRIE IL MAKE SURE THEY ARE RITE. BUT THIS IS THE BEST LOOKING PIC YET FROM ZIPPO.

I will be taking orders for AR15.COM Zippo's starting on (today)Monday, May 19, 2003 through June 9, 2003. After which a one-week grace period will be in effect to collect monies owed to Zippo. My shop is not doing the engraving; Zippo will be doing the engraving. The Zippos will be numbered, the quantity determined by the number of orders received. You will not have a choice as to which number you get, as I do not have the time or energy to comply with all requests. The design includes AR15.COM on the lid of the lighter and an M4 carbine on the front case. Within a few days I will be able to post the electronic proof pictures that Zippo is sending me. The Zippo's will be available in both brass and black ice finishes. If you would like to check out the finish on Zippo's site the black ice is model number #150 and brass is model #204B. Please go to [url]www.zippo.com[/url], It will take approximately three weeks from the order date for me to receive the Zippos. BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR CHOICE OF FINISH IN YOUR ORDER! I will be mailing them out as soon as possible after receipt. Method of acceptable payment include [size=4]PayPal-add 3%[/size=4], checks, money orders [s]however I am unable to accept credit cards[/s] i can now take CC thro paypal only. Shipping will be done by priority mail with shipping confirmation and will be $5. No other method of shipping is available. Please be patient if this process takes longer than anticipated! If you need to post-date your check please advise me prior to sending it, I can hold it up to two weeks. Personal checks will need to clear the bank prior to you receiving your Zippo. If your personal check does not clear, I will contact you to make other payment arrangements before you receive your Zippo.

you've got too many threads going on about this, haha. I entered my order last night for one of each and threw in extra dollares to buy Ed one since you got a freebie from TequilaBob. I looked through the threads this morning and couldn't find mine. I started to retype the order when I realized that there may be another one. Sure enough, I found the other one. So, to punish myself for stupidity, I am going to order more. Here is the total order for me

(2) brass
(2) black
and I don't even smoke cigarettes!, ha nut as Troy mentinoed, a fore source is always cool, especially if it touts membership in a place I dearly love (ARFCOM) and has a cool attention getter picture showing something I love (AR).

So I will send you a total of $100 for the 4 lighters and shipping. Please apply the rest to Ed SR's lighter as a token of appreciation for having the balls and doing the work to let us all come together in fellowship.
