Everybody's favorite bungling keystone cop just won't quit. As if desiring to make a book to profit off of the Sniper incidents and even timing the release of this book to cooincide with the trials isn't enough - he is now suing the Montgomery County Ethics board who has attempted to stop him.

Why are the families suing Bushmaster, they acted within the law in producing and selling the rifle in question?  Why not sue Bulwinkle, he's breaking the law to profit from their loss?
