I'm not sure I've tried to have a conversation about it online or not though, so I may not be able to get my point across well. If you like something, is it a good idea to go looking for something better? You have to be careful about what you discover, because once you do, you can't go back. All the sudden the $20 bottle of whiskey that you used to love tastes like paint thinner in comparison to the $60 a bottle stuff you got introduced to, now you're stuck having to buy the more expensive stuff. The question is though, are you better off for it? I ran into the same thing when I was trying to figure out what weight distribution hitch I was going to buy to pull our trailer with. So many people would rant and rave about how great the one they use was. My problem though was that most people who would share their opinion only had experience with the one hitch that they talked the RV dealer into including in the deal when they bought their RV. It could suck but they wouldn't know it. |

When we talked previously you said the only park available was near Madison. You make it all the way over there or find one closer to the state line so you can explore that side? I ask because I need to gauge the urgency of getting you destinations for the eastern half of the state still. This is a fun topic to discuss sometimes. I'm not sure I've tried to have a conversation about it online or not though, so I may not be able to get my point across well. It could suck but they wouldn't know it. Better is better, in whatever way it is better. In the arena of whiskey, I enjoy searching for the bargains, the one that is really good for a lower price point. More money in whiskey doesn't necessarily mean better, it may just mean harder to find. I've had Pappy. It was good. But not $1000/bottle good. I've also enjoyed Evan Williams BiB at $14/bottle. That is great for its price point. Do I enjoy the $35 bottle of Four Roses more? Depends on how I am drinking my whiskey. On the dark rum, I have no bearing, just not my field. Perhaps the Gosling is like the Even Williams BiB, great for its price point. Gosling has been around a long time. It is the original dark rum for dark and stormies, that probably means something. Or maybe it was good at its time but has been surpassed by all the others and it is only still around because there is a group buying it for its price point alone. That's why I had to ask.
