Just wish it was a different steel. I like the looks of the stonewashed PVD version. |

View Quote I recall it being discussed, and then Kuraki pushed me over the edge talking about the "voodoo" heat treats. I'm glad I did check them out. Feel great in hand. I'm still not big on fixed blades and will never use these as hard as than can be, but I really like the FK2 I picked up. I also ordered a Utility Fighter for KFB1 around the same time and got to handle it before giving it to him. I was surprised how much I liked it. I was on the fence about getting one and then heard they were being discontinued so I better grab one while I could. I know what you are saying about the sales. I did it once and then stopped playing that game. If you watch the CPK buy sell trade thread stuff pops up. I put out an ISO for the Utility Fighter and had someone contact me within 6 hours and gave me a very good price. The CPK people are kinda cultish, but they are good to each other. Good place to check if you are looking for something specific. |
